Christopher Marek, MD

Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

Christopher A. Marek, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon, with a specialized interest in cosmetic surgery. He performs a wide variety of facial, breast, body and laser procedures. Dr. Marek is a native of Virginia and graduated with honors from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he majored in biology. He earned his medical degree in 1998 from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. While receiving his medical degree, Dr. Marek was awarded the Larry S. Nichter Award for Plastic Surgery Research for his work with tissue adhesives.

Dr. Marek completed a six-year integrated residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Kentucky. He was accepted into one of the few integrated plastic surgery residencies in the country and received training in general surgery as well as plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and he has published articles in peer reviewed journals and presented his research work at national surgical meetings.

Dr. Marek performs surgical procedures at Central Kentucky Ambulatory Surgery Center and Ephraim McDowell Hospital. In addition to his plastic surgery practice, he is an accomplished sculptor/artist and musician.

Alana Leavell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Medical Director, Injector

Alana Leavell is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in medical aesthetics and integrative/wellness practices. She completed her bachelor and master of science degrees in nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. Alana earned her family nurse practitioner (FNP) certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2014 and has been a nurse since 2009. Her clinical experience outside of aesthetics and wellness includes intensive care pediatrics, emergency medicine, wound care and family medicine.

Alana is a founder of the Kentucky Association of Medical Aesthetic Providers and serves as a clinical consultant and advanced trainer to several clinics and clinicians in her specialty. She is the medical director of Sei Bella and has a significant interest in clinical compliance and patient safety. Alana is a wife and mother of two beautiful children. She attends Victory Christian Church in Lancaster, KY, and is very passionate about her faith and ministry of the gospel. She enjoys all things farming and homesteading, including her large vegetable garden, bread making and canning.

Anna Jones, APRN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C

Injector

Anna Jones is a nurse practitioner who specializes in acute care and family medicine with a passion for integrative lifestyle medicine. She completed her master of science degree at Eastern Kentucky University and a postgraduate advanced nurse practitioner certificate program from the University of Kentucky. She holds dual national board certification in adult-gerontology acute care and family medicine.

Anna’s clinical experience outside of aesthetics and wellness includes intensive care and emergency medicine with a focus in point of care ultrasound (POCUS) services. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Kentucky Association of Medical Aesthetic Providers. Anna’s desire to focus on preventive care comes from more than a decade of experience caring for chronic and critical illnesses. At Sei Bella, her mission is to promote and maintain individualized well-being for her patients.

Loren Bostick, RN, BSN

Nurse, Marketing Director

Loren Bostick is the registered nurse and marketing director at Sei Bella. Loren holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a bachelor of arts degree in communication. She has been with Sei Bella since its conception in 2020. You will find Loren working alongside Dr. Marek as his nurse and coordinating care for our plastic surgery patients. When not with Dr. Marek, she manages Sei Bella’s social media. Her favorite things about Sei Bella are caring for patients and working with the best team around.

Loren loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling and reading. She has a book exchange set up at the office and loves recommending books to patients. Loren has been married to her husband, Chris, for 20 years and have three children, 2 dogs and one feral cat. They attend Southland Christian Church in Danville.

Rena Ayres

Practice Manager

Rena Ayres is the practice manager of Sei Bella. She has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and has directed practices for 6 years. Her heart is in serving her team and our patients. Her goals as an administrator are to construct a personable and welcoming experience while giving our patients top notch care. When visiting our office, you are likely to see Rena assisting one of our providers. She enjoys getting to know our patients and making friends with them. Rena is a wife and mother of three littles. She attends Grace Community Baptist Fellowship. She loves date nights, traveling, food, shoes, coffee mugs and making memories with her people.

Hannah Honaker

Licensed Esthetician

Hannah Honaker is a licensed esthetician here at Sei Bella. Hannah recently graduated from Katharos School of Aesthetics. Hannah is very excited to be bringing her education and expertise to benefit our practice and our patients. Hannah has been with Sei Bella for two and a half years, bringing all the fun and sass to the team. She has a drive to improve her patient’s skin health and make them feel comfortable in our clinic.

Hannah is happily married to her elementary school sweetheart, Cameron, and they have two beautiful daughters. Hannah and her family live in Moreland, where they love spending time together on the farm, riding horses, raising sheep and making memories. Hannah and her family attend New Hope Baptist church and believe God’s infallible, authoritative and sovereign word was given to us to guide us, grow us and shape us to be more like him.

Jessica Kearney

Patient Care Coordinator

Jessica Kearney is Sei Bella’s patient care coordinator. She specializes in seamless patient care and ensuring your patient experience is enjoyable and precise from the minute you walk in the door. Jessica is passionate about helping patients feel well informed and comfortable with their entire plan of care. She is also cross trained as a medical assistant and helps deliver well rounded care. Jessica has previous experience with high-level administrative and legal duties, which makes her an asset to the Sei Bella office. She is a wife and a mother of one fun little boy. Jessica attends Victory Christian Church in Lancaster, KY, and loves Jesus with a passion. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping.
